What if I don't love my stuff?

We're sorry to hear you don't love your order! Unfortunately, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note: items ordered on our website cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail partners. Additionally, products purchased at any of our retail partners cannot be returned to our website.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast processing and delivery, which means changes or cancellations aren’t possible after checkout.

Orders begin processing immediately, so we’re unable to  make changes once an order has been placed--including updates to your name or shipping address.

If your order has already shipped, you may be able to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery update, or you can initiate a return once your order arrives.

If you notice an error, please contact us right away at customerservice@clubman.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm PT.
